Service Description
This American Red Cross First Aid course provides hands-on training to help you recognize and respond to common emergencies, including bleeding, burns, allergic reactions, choking, fractures, and sudden illness. Participants will gain practical skills and the confidence to provide immediate care until emergency medical services arrive. Certificate is valid for 2 years. How the Class Works: The knowledge portion of this course is completed online. After finishing the online training, participants will schedule an in-person skills session to demonstrate first aid techniques required for certification.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Classes/Services) We understand plans can change. Please review our policy below before booking. 24-Hour Cancellation Window To receive a full refund, you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled class or service start time. Late Cancellations / No-Shows Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, and no-shows, are non-refundable. Rescheduling Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the start time at no additional charge, subject to availability. Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take [5–10 business days] to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider. Exceptions If HeartSave CPR Services cancels a class/service, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
