Services
HeartSave CPR Services provides CPR, BLS, AED, and First Aid training classes for individuals, businesses, and organizations. Course availability, pricing, scheduling, and services may change at any time without notice.
Registration and Payment
Payment is required to reserve a class unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
For group or business training sessions, invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment terms. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of scheduled training.
Attendance and Participation
Students are expected to arrive on time and participate fully in class activities and skills evaluations.
HeartSave reserves the right to reschedule students who arrive excessively late or are unable to complete required course components.
Certification
Certification cards are issued only after successful completion of course requirements, including skills testing and attendance requirements.
HeartSave is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect student information, incomplete participation, or third-party certification processing systems.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy.
HeartSave reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, emergencies, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
